...Farm with 38 years of experience milking, offers raw cow milk from A2-A2 Jerseys on 20 acres of pasture, fed local grass hay and a small amount of freshly milled grain.
...Milk is $10/gallon in glass jars. Some butter, cream, and eggs also available at times. Customer references available.
..The general procedure is to contact Colleen and set up a time to meet to work out details. Normally each customer comes out on a specified day of the week at a time of their choosing and their milk is waiting in the refregerator on the house porch. {She tries to even out pick-up days to match milk production.}
..Colleen also raises : Pygmy Goats and Nigerian Dwarf Goats.
..One day last year Colleen called to say one of her cows was due to calf in about four weeks and milk production for me would be interrupted until then.....
..A couple of days later she called and told me this story: Her vet has told her the expected due date but she went out to the barn one morning a few days later and there was this cute newly born calf standing next to it's mother!
..So, my milk was available again right a way! (editor)
